Observation #6

Can anyone pull off a "new look"? Today I wore the $3 minidress I bought at the outlet mall with some capri jeans and a sweater. It is a look I've seen others wear and wanted to try it. I thought I looked supercute. And, more importantly, I felt good wearing it. I also saw a friend with bangs who is trying it out after years without them. I think she looks great. I think with enough confidence and if you like it, you can pull off any look you want, just new or completely out there.
